Health update thingy 7/22
So, I’ve basically just been continuing on the path of work out every other day. I’ve also been working on my flexibility (without much noticeable improvement).

Though I haven’t noticed much of a change in flexibility, I’m very excited about something else. All my life I have had flabby arms, when I flexed any arm muscles you couldn’t see anything happening. Now when I flex my arms you can see the muscle moving ever so slightly. It’s small, but it makes me feel amazing.
